Late/Absence Procedures
Please phone the school office by 9AM if your child will be absent from school.
In exceptional circumstances, term time leave of absence may be granted. Please see the information leaflet below. If you would like to request exceptional leave, please complete the form below and return it to the Headteacher, via the school office.
If your child is well enough to attend school, but will need to have medication administered during the day, please complete the form below, and send it, with the medication (clearly named) to the school office. All medication should be kept in the school office and pupils should not keep medication with them.
