Year 3 love learning. In Year 3 we say ‘I can’t do it yet’, we never say I can’t do it. As long as you try your best, Mrs Pallas will be impressed (we like rhyme!). Not everyone is good at the same thing things, so we help each other. We work together, we are a team. We are kind to each other and know that everyone is different, we celebrate our differences and are interested in each other’s hobbies, likes and dislikes. Mrs Pallas likes tea, biscuits and cake! She doesn’t like Brussel sprouts and children that pick their noses! Year 3 don’t whinge or moan when it’s not their turn but we do get excited about having our go. We like a bit of competition because sometimes it’s fun. We like to be silly, we like to be creative but we know we have to be sensible, we have to learn and we want to succeed. We are not perfect, Mrs Pallas makes mistakes, we will all make mistakes, the world will not end if we make a mistake, we can learn from our mistakes. The most important thing is to have a go, and to have a smile on your face.
