Our values of kindness, justice and respect are an important part of the life of our school. We seek to take advantage of any opportunities, both in our class life and our learning, to promote these values and learn from them.

Kindness - I am friendly and caring in my words and actions

Colossians 3:12 - You must clothe yourselves with compassion and kindness

Justice - I am fair in how I treat other people and stand up for justice whenever I can

Micah 6:8 - The LORD has told us what is good. What he requires of us is this: to do what is just, to be loving, and to live in humble fellowship with our God

Respect - I treat others how I would like to be treated

Matthew 22:39 - Love your neighbour as you love yourself
1 Peter 2:17 - Respect everyone

These values have become embedded into our school rules, which we call our Calm School Code.

We are delighted that we have been awarded the Global Neighbours Award, from Christian Aid.
